Summer's in and school is (for the most part) out. For those looking to fill the boredom, watching Hollywood hits might just hit the spot. But for those with more obscure tastes, here are some films that'll knock off your summer blahs:
"The Informant!" The gist: Corporate biochemist segues to espionage.
Wanting to correct corporate exploitation Mark Whitacre (Matt Damon), ADM's top biochemist, works with the FBI to unveil price-fixing schemes. Sadly, this down-to-earth character becomes the center of attention after his benevolence tears his personal and professional life asunder. Life, indeed, is comedy!

"No Night is Too Long" The gist: Passionate love turns deadly.
Tim Cornish (Lee Williams) looks for true love, but is easily swayed by lust and selfishness. His voracious hunger for affection eventually leads him to affairs he'll regret. It's a haunting tale that puts a new twist to "first love never dies."

It's funny how life is a comedy, and I like it that way. I wish mine was like that. Wait, I can make it like that. All I have to do is stop caring about the things that bring me down right? I mean, life is too short. I might as well live every bit of it.
This entry totally got me thinking about how I should think things through. Oh by the way, I love the trailers. I want to watch No Night is Too Long. How did you find this movie anyway? It looks so interesting.

ive already started my summer movie watching, we should hit up the movies one day!
I'm definitely looking forward to seeing The Informant. Another movie I'm looking forward to is Salt, but I have no idea when this movie is coming out.
I'm an aspiring writer, too, also into film... but I haven't seen any of those, yet!

I'll definitely try to catch Matt Damon in 'The Informant'. It's such a far-cry role from his Bourne movies.
The Informant looks good--I'm in the mod for a comedy.
It is a little early for our summer thunderstorms--we'll get them regularly when the real humidity of July and August get her. Humitidy is like a sauna with no exit. =)
I sawthe informant , i actually thought it was pretty interesting. Mtt Damon makes bomd ass films.
